1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AILINK platform, website, smart contracts, or related services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. AILINK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use AILINK services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited
• Not be subject to any sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN, or equivalent)
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Platform Services

AILINK provides a Web3 platform combining AI generation tools, blockchain-based rewards, and digital asset management. Our services include:

• AI Content Generation: AI-powered image, video, and creative content tools
• Micro-Games: Skill-based games with AILINK Point rewards
• NFT Minting: Creation and ownership of AI-generated digital assets on BNB Chain
• ALINK Token: Utility token for platform access and rewards
• Staking: Token staking for platform benefits (launching Q4 2025)

4. ALINK Token & Tokenomics

The ALINK token is a utility token designed for use within the AILINK ecosystem:

• Total supply: 20,000,000,000 ALINK (20 Billion)
• Network: BNB Chain (BEP-20 standard)
• TGE (Token Generation Event) scheduled for Q4 2025
• Vesting schedules apply to all allocation categories — see full schedule at /vesting

ALINK is not an investment product. It does not represent equity, ownership, profit-sharing rights, or any financial instrument. Holding ALINK does not guarantee any financial return.

5. User-Generated Content & AI Tools

When using AILINK's AI generation tools, you agree that:

• You will not generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights
• You will not use AI tools to create deepfakes or impersonations without consent
• Content generated using AILINK tools may be subject to AI content policies
• You retain responsibility for how you use AI-generated content
• AILINK reserves the right to remove violating content without notice

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its smart contracts
• Creating bot accounts or using automated tools to farm rewards unfairly
• Impersonating AILINK team members or official communications
• Engaging in wash trading, pump-and-dump, or market manipulation
• Violating intellectual property rights of AILINK or third parties

7. NFTs & Digital Assets

Regarding NFTs created or traded on the AILINK platform:

• NFTs are recorded on BNB Chain and ownership is determined by blockchain records
• AILINK is not responsible for the value of NFTs, which can decrease to zero
• Smart contract interactions are irreversible — verify all transactions before signing
• Gas fees and network costs are borne by the user

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AILINK services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AILINK is not liable for any loss of funds due to user error or market fluctuations
• AILINK does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Smart contract bugs or exploits may result in loss of funds — audit reports are available
• AILINK's total liability is limited to the value of services directly attributable to our actions

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of AILINK services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. Modifications

AILINK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via official channels (X/Twitter, Telegram). Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
